Integrity Commitment Ethics Our consultants are committed to providing high quality Human Resource Management and Recruitment services to the SME & OMB sectors without compromising on integrity and ethics. We have wide ranging experience gained from working in Plc environments providing recruitment and human resources services to large corporate clients through to sole traders, covering a number of key specialisms. We want to use this experience to empower low users of recruitment and human resource services with both the buying power and knowledge typically found in corporate HR departments, without the overheads, or the high cost of recruitment agencies. Over the years we’ve heard many comments and had feedback from clients who have committed to paying large fees to recruitment and HR consultancies and then received little or no value other than a “CV sending” service. Our aim is to put the value back into these services without the high cost. Our consultants are home based and web enabled so our overheads are kept to a minimum.
